This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you’ll contribute across design, project execution, and client collaboration, while helping scale an internal engineering function within a fast-growing business.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Structural Engineer (PE) to lead structural design efforts and support the development of engineered building systems.

This role blends hands-on engineering, leadership, and client interaction, offering exposure to the full project lifecycle from early design through final delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Lead structural design for architectural and building-related systems
• Review and stamp engineering drawings and calculations
• Collaborate with design, preconstruction, and project management teams
• Partner with architects, engineers, and clients to develop practical, buildable solutions
• Evaluate constructability and optimize designs for real-world application
• Standardize calculations, workflows, and engineering best practices
• Support product development and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor and guide junior engineering staff

What Success Looks Like

• First 90 Days: Ramp up on systems, support active projects, build internal relationships
• 6 Months: Independently lead design and review efforts, collaborate externally
• 12 Months: Own full project engineering scope and mentor junior staff
• Long-Term: Help build and scale the internal engineering function

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $110,000 – $120,000
